From this week's reading and study materials, I have pondered on how looking back and moving forward is a very important concept to follow throughout our lives. The meaning of that concept is that we should reflect and learn from our mistakes and experience and move forward without repeating those mistakes. This week we also learned about overcoming challenges and how to overcome struggles in our future businesses. I had to take some time to ponder what one of the biggest challenges I might have in my current and future career. One of my greatest challenges, I believe, will be maintaining control of my life and networking, as well as utilizing all of the resources and possibilities available to me in the future. I'm continuously concerned about my personal growth and how others perceive me. I have enormous ambitions, and I'm afraid that if my priorities change, I might lose control of my future. Being committed and taking small efforts ahead could help me achieve my career objectives. Learning other people's perspectives and dealing with the difficulties of working with people who have various traits might be difficult and time-consuming, but taking risks, learning, and creating relationships could be some of the secrets to my success. Being a young adult is difficult enough, but putting myself out there and taking advantage of tools such as career fairs and joining societies could have a significant impact on my life during this period of self-evaluation and improvement. Even for someone with a lot of experience in their industry, running into problems and sometimes taking chances can be frightening, but having confidence that we're capable of a lot more than we believe can help. 90% of life is confidence, and the problem with confidence is that no one knows if it's real or not. When dealing with challenges in our future, we might be in need of support, and the closest people to us might be able to provide us with that. My father has always been my biggest supporter; he motivates me and provides me with valuable teachings and advice. He'll always be there to encourage me to undertake the difficult things that will have a positive impact on my life. One of the most essential things I can do is listen to him, as well as use his advice in my life to better as an individual. My dad is someone I've looked up to my entire life, and his opinion is really important to me. I'm confident that, because of his life experience, he'll be able to push me to do the most difficult things, solve the most difficult problems, and guide me to success.
