I really enjoyed reading the article "Good to Great" which talks about how being good is easy and to achieve greatness you should put in work. Setting the correct goal isn't the key to making a good-to-great transfer. Rather, focus on bringing the proper people on board, and they will determine what the most essential goal should be. And the more people who join the team with initiative and abilities, the better. Companies that are on their way to becoming great don't get caught up in the latest technological fads. Instead, they associate technology with the hedgehog principle, which states that they will accept a new technology only if it improves their performance in a field in which they are enthusiastic, performs to world-class standards, and generate revenue. Capability. Naturally, when we think about capability, we think about skills and experiences. All of these considerations are critical. However, sometimes the most crucial capacity is the ability to ask a question and listen to the response. When you're in a new scenario, you have to ask questions to figure out what's going on. Capability: You should constantly embrace new ideas, take chances, and explore new things. Because, no matter how brilliant your previous solutions were, every individual, every organization, ultimately comes to a point when they are no longer enough. Then creativity, fresh ideas, risk-taking, and innovation are the only things that work. Another crucial aspect of capacity, in my opinion, is to continue learning; to learn something new every day. You should default to "yes" as the attribute of trustworthiness. When you default to yes, you're continually wondering, "How can I assist that person?" when you meet new individuals. Which is completely different from meeting individuals and thinking to yourself, "How might that person assist me?" Yes is the default. If you want to be a superb networker or schmoozer, constantly ask yourself, "How can I assist this person?" when you meet new people. You could be thinking that this might get me in a lot of problems and bring me a lot of frustration because if I always say yes, people will be unreasonable. The majority of individuals are totally reasonable in their expectations. And if they're not rational, that's probably someone you shouldn't bother attempting to enchant.
