One of the most important things that I have learned was the importance of experience. Another important thing is the importance of being a leader. Making it personal and making it work is also an important factor. Learning from the experiences and mistakes that were made throughout our lives can be a very valuable lesson in the future. It can be very challenging to learn from other people's mistakes, but once you learn that skill, you shouldn't worry about making the same mistakes or could already have solutions for that issue.
I've always believed in businesses with the potential to impact the world. I believe strongly in shaping the organization's culture and soul, and I've always believed that individuals don't truly join businesses; they join teens and cultures. So, as a leader, you get to create a culture that is right for you, which is an incredible experience; you can never do that when you join a company; you can only do it when you start one.
Things that I could do right now to get closer to my goals are uncountable. I can start planning out my future idea for the business and it is very helpful if I actually figure out what I can do now during my college years to make my start-up of the business easier and simpler. I am learning a lot of new aspects about business and things I can do to avoid crises as an entrepreneur. I will start a business that can change the world, that will impact many people's lives, and will bring me success in my future. I am dedicated to that plan and I believe I can achieve it with all the knowledge I gain in college.
