Bus 110 Reflection 10

I am a firm believer in goal setting if you want to achieve great things in life. They're a terrific approach to figure out where you want to go and how to get there. I constantly set goals for myself, both in terms of fitness, school, relationships, and in other aspects of my life. This encourages me to dream big and improve in all I want to do. Anything that is genuinely possible, is one of the most important truths I've learned in the previous several years. You can do so much more than you imagine with hard effort, commitment, and clever preparation. Never underestimate your own capabilities. While it's essential to dream large, setting high objectives can be stressful. We may be unclear about how to get there, resulting in no action being taken. While it's vital to dream large, it's also crucial to plan little. Break down your major goals into tiny chunks and work on them one at a time. It feels more manageable when it's broken down into small steps, and you're more likely to keep going forward. It's critical to keep motivated every day when working for a huge goal or desire. Because motivation does not always come easily or consistently, I believe that writing out your "why" and creating visualizations of how you will feel if you achieve your objective are both effective techniques for boosting motivation. I also think that networking is essential for success in the business world. You can have access to opportunities that you wouldn't be able to find on your own by networking. Your network has the ability to provide you insight into many sectors, as well as information on what potential employers seek and advice on how to advance professionally. A single contact may get you into meetings or interviews with numerous firms without you having to work hard to make contacts at each one if you are willing to build and nurture the relationship. Connect with those who can offer you the assistance you require. If you want to pursue a career in a different profession, reach out to friends or family members who work in that field. If you want to go to a different department at work, talk to your coworkers who are on that team. Make connections with people working in a variety of businesses and jobs because you never know who might be able to help you in the future.
